ReetPreet is an online fashion store operated by Chaman Lal, trading as Reet Preet Readymade Garments, 01, Jari, Himachal Pradesh 175105, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, browsing or placing an order in the ReetPreet app or website you agree to these terms.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure: anything done from your logged-in account is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or older, or use the app with a parent or guardian's consent.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, place fraudulent orders or abuse coupons. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account.
We try to show colours, sizes and details accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
Stock is confirmed only when your order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel that item and refund it in full.
An order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation screen and receive an order ID. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on delivery is available where offered.
We may cancel an order if payment fails, the address is unserviceable, we suspect fraud, or a pricing or stock error occurred. Any amount already paid is refunded.
Coupons apply only where their conditions are met, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. One coupon per order unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are described in our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms. We do not accept returns.
The ReetPreet name, logo, photographs and content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kullu, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law.
