We currently deliver across India to pincodes served by our courier partners. Enter your pincode in the app to see whether we deliver to you and the estimated delivery window before you order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; the estimate shown at checkout is the promise we lock into your order. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Any delivery charge is shown in the order summary before you pay. Charges may vary by order value, location and delivery speed.
Your order status (confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered) is shown under Orders in the app, and we notify you by SMS at key steps.
Weather, strikes or courier issues can occasionally delay a parcel; we will keep the order page updated. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded to the original payment method once received, less any charges disclosed at checkout.
If a parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email reetpreet0164@gmail.com or call 98167 97667 / 78763 33945 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST) within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will review it and resolve it as described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
