ReetPreet is an online fashion store operated by Chaman Lal, trading as Reet Preet Readymade Garments, India ("we", "us"). This policy covers the ReetPreet app and website.
Account details: your mobile number, name and email (if you add one).
Order details: items, delivery addresses, order history and payment method type. Payment card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored by us.
Usage: products you view and save, searches, and the pincode you choose for delivery estimates. If you allow it, your device location is used once to find your pincode; it is not tracked or stored.
Device information such as app version and operating system, used for support and to fix crashes.
To run your account, deliver orders, send order updates by SMS, show delivery estimates, prevent fraud and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Razorpay (payments), our delivery partners (name, address and phone for the parcel), our SMS provider (one-time passwords and order updates), and cloud hosting providers that store our data. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights or our customers.
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax and consumer laws require (currently up to 8 years for invoices). You can delete your account at any time; order records required by law are retained without your name, phone or email.
Edit your name and email in Profile. Remove saved addresses at any time. Location access can be changed in your device settings.
Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or by emailing reetpreet0164@gmail.com (see the account deletion page). To request a copy of your data, email us.
Data is encrypted in transit. Sessions are tied to your device and can be revoked by logging out. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.
ReetPreet is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
