Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Razorpay then takes 5–7 business days to credit your bank, card or UPI account. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide.

Requests about a delivered order must reach us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept requests made after that.
